Overview

Scene Builder ("the App", "we", "our") is a Shopify application that allows merchants to create visual product bundles and scenes on their storefront.

We take privacy seriously and only collect the minimum information required to operate the App.

Information We Collect

When you install and use Scene Builder, we may access:

Shop information

Shop domain (for example, yourstore.myshopify.com)

Store currency and locale

Product data

Product titles, images, variants, and metafields (if enabled)

Theme data

Theme configuration required to render the Scene Builder block

Billing information

Subscription status and plan type

Payments are handled entirely by Shopify. We do not store payment details.

We do not collect or store

Customer personal data, payment information, addresses, or emails.

How We Use Your Information

We use store and product data only to render visual scenes and bundles, enable features based on your subscription plan, provide customer support, and improve the App's performance and reliability.

Data Storage

Shopify session data is stored securely in our application database. App configuration may be stored using Shopify App Installation metafields. Scene layouts created by customers are stored locally in the customer's browser unless otherwise configured.

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties.

Data Retention and Deletion

When you uninstall Scene Builder, Shopify sends us an uninstall webhook and we delete associated stored data for your shop in a reasonable timeframe.

Your Rights

You may request access to your data, correction of inaccurate data, or deletion of your data.
